What to do if you stop paying pensions.
The Ministry of Social Policy explained that the payment of pensions could be terminated if:.
The person did not go in time in timely identification;
A person lives in a temporarily occupied territory (here) and on his banking account there was no movement of funds over six months.
The department added that in order to resume pension payments (if the payment of pensions is terminated until March 20, 2025), you need to write a statement in the PFU on the resumption of payments, where to indicate the bank account to which payments must be made and physical identification.
“The application is submitted personally or online, in particular, using the remote qualified electronic signature“. PIDSIS ”(DIY ID), created using a mobile application of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services (“ DIA ”), or through the web portal of electronic services of PFU with the subsequent passage of physical identification.
Ukrainians who are abroad can send this written application with a document on the certificate of the fact that an individual is a living, ordinary mail at the place of registration.
The Ministry of Social Policy added that in order to resume the payment of a pension due to non-state identification, it is necessary to go through this procedure.
“PFU will decide to resume the payment of a pension if you have passed physical identification during the year from the date of termination of payment. If you contact later, you need to undergo identification and submit an application to PFU to resume pensions.
