The Higher Anti-Corruption Court nationalized the arrested assets of the security head of the President-President Viktor Yanukovych Vyacheslav Zanevsky. Their total cost is 100 million hryvnias, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine said.
It is noted that the court on February 5 satisfied the lawsuit of the Ministry of Justice on the application of sanction. In particular, the following assets of Zanevsky were nationalized: 100% of the authorized capital of Amstel-Sky LLC, 5 objects of property rights of intellectual property, 12 land plots, 2 apartments, 4 parking spaces, a vehicle, 10 weapons, cash, in the amount of the ECV. This decision can be appealed.
