Ahead of the winter period, a new penny assistance program was launched in Ukraine under the United Nations World Food Program (WFP), as part of an expanded category of individuals that may wet. The press service of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine reported that before the end of aid, new groups of Ukrainians have been received who will require financial support at this difficult time.

With new minds, penny assistance can be withdrawn by individuals without the right to a pension, as well as older children with disabilities, who meet the previous criteria.. New categories have been added to those who:.

- lives in territories where there is concern or fighting may begin (subject to order No. 309),.

- reduces social assistance to less than 3,250 UAH per month,.

- does not deduct additional living expenses for internal movements of persons (IPO),.

- does not withdraw international targeted penny assistance from other international organizations at the time of delivery of the assistance price.

Based on the mental programs, the amount of penny assistance is calculated as the difference between the amount of 3,250 UAH and the obvious social assistance, which is taken away from the people from the state. For example, if the recipient of assistance receives a social payment of 2,700 UAH, then an additional 550 UAH will be given to him in order to reach the amount of 3,250 UAH.

This program will last for six months, and the total sum of funds allocated for assistance amounts to over 284 million hryvnias. The cash will be paid both in bank accounts and through targeted delivery via Ukrposhta. Payments to bank accounts have already begun, and payments through Ukrposhta are planned to be issued over the course of many years.

It is important to note that to obtain assistance you do not need to go directly to the UN WFP or the Ministry of Social Policy.

Lists of migrants are compiled on the basis of data from government registers, and the UN WFP itself makes penny payments to those who waste in this transfer.

The penny assistance program is an important step in supporting the most vulnerable categories of citizens of Ukraine, especially in the minds of the continuation of the war, when many people will be left without a regular income or may be limited in their financial ability. This means that I will be able to obtain the necessary assistance to maintain a minimum standard of living during this difficult period.
