Take a survey of living conditions. A specialist from the Center for Social Services must draw up a corresponding act.

Complete training (course 72 hours), receive a certificate and recommendation from the Center for Social Services for inclusion in the Unified Data Bank.

Receive a decision on creating a foster family.

Register as adoptive parents with the Children's Services at your place of residence and receive a referral to meet and establish contact with the child.

Meet the kids and go through the device stage.

Receive social support services.
