The Security Service of Ukraine reported suspicion to all senators of the Russian Federation who supported the “joining” of the Ukrainian occupied territories with Russia. The intelligence service reported that, together with the Office of the Prosecutor General, they collected evidence against 170 senators of the federal assembly of the Russian Federation.
“In February 2022, they all supported the ratification of the “treaty of friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance” between the aggressor country and the terrorist organizations of the “L/DPR”. The officials also unanimously supported the appeal of the President of Russia on the use of the RF Armed Forces outside the country.. Thus, the senators contributed to the implementation of Moscow’s plan to wage an aggressive war against our state,” the SBU noted..
The intelligence service added that in October last year, Russian senators also ratified agreements on the entry into the Russian Federation of the temporarily occupied regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions..
As a result, the Russians were informed of suspicions for:.
3 st. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine);
5 st. 27, h. 2 st. 437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (planning, preparation, unleashing and waging an aggressive war).
Attackers face up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

Earlier it was reported that the maintenance of the Ukrainian regions captured by Russia will cost the Russian budget 410.7 billion rubles.. The Russian Federation will allocate this amount for subsidies to the occupied territories of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions in 2023.
Subsidies will amount to about 90% of the total income of the annexed Ukrainian territories. It is they who will receive the largest share of subsidies from the Russian budget - even more than Ingushetia (82%), Chechnya (about 80%) and Tiva (about 79%).
