Recall that on April 21, 2010, the so-called “Kharkov agreements” were signed by the then Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and the head of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, which extended the period of basing the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.
