Despite the war, Ukrainians continue to receive pensions and other social benefits. For the period of martial law and within three months after its termination or cancellation, the bodies of the pension fund will issue pension certificates for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in paper form. This was announced by the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets said in his own Telegram channel.

He noted that with the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, for technical reasons, the production of payment cards was suspended, which at the same time are pension certificates (electronic pension certificates) for IDPs who received a certificate of an internally displaced person before February 24, 2022.
