Milk - 500 ml.

Mix dry yeast with 500 g of flour and add to warm milk, kneading dough. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 30 minutes until the dough doubles in size..

Separate whites from yolks. Grind the yolks with sugar. Whisk egg whites into stiff foam.

In the dough that came up, add the yolks with sugar, mix well, add softened (not melted) butter, knead. Gently fold in egg whites in batches, mixing thoroughly..

Portionally add the remaining sifted flour, finally knead the dough, cover again with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough should approximately double in size..

During this time, sort, rinse and pour boiling water over raisins for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse again, dry with a towel or napkins. Dried raisins sprinkle with flour and mix so that all the raisins are rolled in flour.

Add raisins to the risen dough, mix everything well again and set aside for 10 minutes.

Prepare the forms, grease with olive or butter, lightly sprinkle with flour, so that later it is easy to get pasta.

Arrange the dough in forms - you need to fill out 1/3 of the form, no more. Set aside already filled forms for another 10 minutes so that the dough has already risen in them..

Preheat oven to 100 degrees. Grease the dough in the forms a little with an egg (egg yolks are used for this), put in the oven.

Keep at this temperature for no more than 10 minutes, then increase the temperature to 180 degrees and bake the pasta until cooked (45-50 minutes). Do not open the oven while baking..

Ready paska should have an even brown color (readiness can be checked with a knife with a wooden stick - it should remain dry).

To prepare the glaze, beat the whites in a tight foam, add powdered sugar, beat again. Ready to glaze hot pastas with a pastry brush, knife or spoon. Top paska can be decorated with confectionery sprinkles.
