If we turn to archival data, it turns out that in years with an early onset of meteorological spring (as it happened now), a relatively long period of cooling often follows and the spring processes are delayed, and with it the vegetative development of plants, which began in the first days.

What will April 2023 be like?.

In the atmosphere over Europe during March, such conditions developed that cold air of Arctic origin was “locked” for a long time in the region of the Scandinavian Peninsula and the northeastern part of the region. Here, according to the results, the average monthly temperature turned out to be below the norm by 2-4 ° С.. And now all this accumulated cold sags in more southern latitudes, up to the Balkans and the Aegean Sea. So April of this year in most of the territory of Ukraine will be wet, in some places unnecessarily.
