Due to Russian military aggression, the educational process in Ukraine has undergone some changes. So, in 2023, graduates will take national multi-subject testing (NMT) instead of UPE. The Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (UCQOQ) told when the registration of NMT participants begins and what documents are needed to register for testing.
How to register for NMT in 2023.
The UCOKO reported that the registration of NMT participants begins on April 3 and will last until May 3, 2023.
To register for the multitest, the participant must independently create a personal account on the website of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment and perform the following actions in it:.
enter personal data and information on participation in the NMT;
download in electronic form scanned copies and / or photocopies of registration documents;
confirm the desire to participate in the NMT;
send the entered information and copies of documents for processing to the regional center;
form an NMT Certificate in 2023.

What documents are needed for registration.
NMT participants will need copies of the following documents:.
passport document or other identity document, on the basis of which registration for participation in the NMT is carried out;
a document confirming information about education: a certificate from the place of study confirming that the person completes complete general secondary education in 2023 (for graduates of this year), or a certificate of complete general secondary education (for graduates of previous years);
a document confirming the entered information about the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (RNUKNP): taxpayer card or passport of a citizen of Ukraine, which contains data on RNUKNP.
If necessary, you can add copies:.
name change certificates and / or marriage certificates and / or divorce certificates (for persons whose documents contain discrepancies in personal data);
medical opinion on the creation of special (special) conditions for passing external assessment in the form of primary accounting documentation No. 086-3 / o \;
notarized translation into Ukrainian of documents submitted for registration (for persons submitting documents issued in a foreign language);
a document confirming the reason for not entering information about RNUKNP;
a document confirming the reason that makes it impossible to participate in the main sessions of the NMT.
“Each copy of a document that a potential NMT participant will upload in their personal account must be a scanned or photographed copy of its original as a separate file in the format. png or. jpg size no more than 1 MB; the image must be clear and full-sized (without cropping the sides of the document); the text on the image must be legible and freely readable,” emphasized the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment.

Is it possible to choose the subject of the additional NMT block during registration.
When registering, the graduate will be able to choose the subject of the additional block. As well as the settlement in Ukraine or abroad, where he will be located on the days of the NMT - this information will be used to distribute participants to temporary examination centers.
It should be noted that the subjects included in the main block of the NMT - Ukrainian language and mathematics - will be automatically indicated in the registration service, so the applicant will need to choose from the proposed list only one of the subjects of the second block of the NMT.
It is impossible to select several subjects of the additional block, because the NMT will be integral (consists of two blocks, which will include three subjects), so registration for testing on fewer or more subjects is not possible.
Is it possible to make changes to the personal account of an NMT participant?.
After the transfer of information for processing until May 7, 2023, in the personal account it will be possible to make changes to information about:.
the name of the subject of the additional block for which the applicant wishes to be tested;
the settlement in Ukraine or abroad, where he will be located during the days of the NMT;
the need to undergo BMT during additional sessions.
Confirmation of the fact of registration for participation in NMT is the Certificate. The applicant will be able to form it in his personal account if the regional registration center confirms the applicant for participation in the NMT. This function will become available no later than seven calendar days from the date of transfer of information for processing.
