Daylight Saving Time will be switched to Ukraine this week. At 3:00 o'clock on March 26, the hands of the clock must be moved forward one hour. Doctors and scientists believe that the transition to daylight saving time can negatively affect people's well-being.

How does the transition to daylight saving time affect health.

Some negative health effects have been noted in countries where clocks are adjusted. In particular, during this period there are:.

exacerbations of chronic diseases, especially diseases of the cardiovascular system;

frequent bouts of headache;

increased risk of heart attacks;

disruption of biological rhythms;



deterioration in the quality of sleep;

increase in the number of accidents.

Experts recommend trying to go to bed earlier a few days before March 26 so that the transition to daylight saving time does not become abrupt for the body.. Before going to bed, you should ventilate the room, and have breakfast in the morning in order to quickly start the body.
