In Ukraine, the procedure for declaring transported goods in international postal and international express shipments has changed.

The new order is:.

submission of a temporary register with the calculation of customs payments, as well as payment of these payments within a period of not more than 30 days from the date of registration of the relevant temporary register;

submission of an additional register with simultaneous payment of customs duties;

or.

only an additional register is presented (in particular, if the goods are not subject to taxation).

Such temporary and additional IGO/IEO registers replace customs declarations.

Registers are submitted by a postal operator or an express carrier when the total invoice value:.

goods of enterprises does not exceed the equivalent of 150 euros;

goods of citizens does not exceed 10,000 euros.

We would like to remind the Ministry that the limit has been increased from 100 to 150 euros for obtaining MPO / MEO without taxation with value added tax.

That is, citizens must pay payments from an amount exceeding 150 euros: for example, if the cost of goods is 180 euros, then payments are paid from an amount of 30 euros.

“In general, the Law of Ukraine and other legal acts developed to implement its provisions are aimed at speeding up the implementation of customs formalities and the delivery of IGO/IEO to recipients in Ukraine,” the State Customs Service explained..
