Russian "Sberbank" does not abandon attempts to seize the company "Odessa Karavai", - write the Odessa media.

This conflict continues from the time of the Russian occupation of Crimea. The corporation "Lauffer", which belongs to "Odessa Karavay", in 2010 took a loan in "Sberbank of Russia". The financial institution belonging to the Russian state seemed then respectable and reliable. At the insistence of the bank, "Odessa Karavai" acted as a guarantor for the loan. On these funds, Ukrainian bakers purchased in the then not yet occupied Crimea company "Krimkhleb" and "Simferopol Grain Products Plant".

The group Lauffer carefully paid for the credit obligations, the business developed, the future promised great prospects. But already in 2014 g. The aggressor country "nationalized" all Crimean assets, including the groups "Lauffer". The Corporation incurred multi-million losses.

"But this Russian government seemed to be a little: their government intended to rob" Lauffer "again - this time with the hands of the controlled" Sberbank ". In 2016, the bank of the country-occupier filed a lawsuit against the company "Lauffer, in which he demanded the whole" Odessa Karavai "and Mariupol melkombinat in addition. Thus, at first the authorities of the Russian Federation gave the Ukrainian company a loan for the purchase of bakeries in the Crimea, then banally "squeezed out" these bakeries during the seizure of the peninsula, and then also demanded "continental" assets in payment of the debt. Economic Court d. Kiev recognized the agreements with the representatives of the aggressor as invalid, "the statement of" Odessa Karavaya ". - But the Kremlin raiders on this did not calm down - and filed an appeal, and for some reason to the Appeal Economic Court of Odessa, which suddenly took the side of Russian bankers. The demands of the representatives of the occupiers were recognized as legitimate - ignoring both the decision of the first instance, and the numerous requests of the lawyers of the "Lauffer" group, and the usual procedure for considering appeals suits, and common sense. In fact, Odessa judges gave a "green light" to the raider capture of the "Odessa Karavaya". And while the representatives of the Ukrainian company are trying to restore law in the highest court, Russian bankers are preparing for the power weaning of Odessa bakery ".

In addition, according to reliable sources, Sberbank of Russia has established contact with Konstantin Parshin, a famous Dnipropetrovsk raider, specializing in the "black" seizure of food production, which threatens Odessa with big problems.

"Almost two thousand of our employees provide bread to more than half of Odessa and at least a third of the Odessa region - comment on the threat of raiding on the" Odessa Karava "- More than 11 thousand people from Odessa have signed our support. Therefore, we hope that the state will react to an attempt to seize the company on which Ukraine's food security depends.

Not to mention the fact that we have every reason to suspect Odessa judges of being biased. The actions of Sberbank are simply illegal - it's terrible to imagine the consequences of getting such a strategically important enterprise into the hands of the aggressor state at the height of the war. Departing from Ukraine, the state bank of the aggressor country, in the "best" traditions of the Kremlin strategists, is trying to take as much as possible of Ukrainian property and inflict maximum damage on our country ".
