The Ministry of Digital Development asked users to report problems with communication in Dii. To report a connection problem to Diya, do the following:.
Open the Activity app and on the main screen tap No connection.
Provide one-time access to geolocation.
Select an operator and specify what is not working: Internet, calls or both options.
Indicate where there is no connection - indoors or outdoors.
No internet? Download the Region Map in the " Fill out the application, and when the Internet returns it will be sent automatically.
There is no need to wait for “independent” recovery, it is better to send a message to Diyu - this will speed up the resolution of the problem.

People are urged to use national roaming if they have problems with the mobile network. This feature allows you to automatically or manually switch to another available mobile operator if your regular one does not work.
To switch to another network, turn off automatic network selection in your phone settings. On Android devices, go to Settings, then Mobile Network (or Connections) and find Operator. On iPhone, go to Settings, then Mobile, then Select Network.
Next, manually select one of the available networks: Vodafone UA, UA-KYIVSTAR or LIFECELL. If you can't connect right away, try again or select a different network or restart your phone and try again. Once connected, check if you can make calls or send SMS.
