Samsung Electronics intends to adapt the concept of Genius Bar for its retail stores. This was told by the vice-president of the company for industrial design Mick McConnell. As he said, Samsung already for a long time works over own section of free consultations and technical support and knows, that it is necessary to make that it turned out better, than at Apple.

The customer support program, known as WeWork, has already launched in several retail stores Samsung in the United States.

At the time of publication, technical maintenance and consultation of visitors are carried out by firm pavilions in Detroit (Michigan), Williamsburg (Florida) and New York (New York).

For all customers who apply for help to employees of WeWork, Samsung organizes completely free workspaces for the period, while technical experts deal with the problem that affected the Samsung product. "The essence of WeWork is that visitors do not waste their time," says McConnell. "At least they can work, instead of sitting in the company of dissatisfied consumers".
