The company Sirin Labs announced the first block-smartphone. The creators of the device claim that this is the only device in the world designed to store crypto currency. This is reported by engadget.

Block is a distributed database in which all information is stored on the computers of each of the network participants, specifies the resource 4PDA.

The device was called Finney - in honor of the famous cryptographer and pioneer in the field of bitcoins Hal Finney. The technical characteristics include 5.2-inch frameless display with QHD-resolution, 8 GB of operating and 256 GB of main memory, as well as a dual main camera resolution of 16 and 12 megapixels.

The device will be available for purchase only using SRN tokens and will work on the Sirin operating system designed to support crypto currency purse applications and secure exchange services.

In addition to smartphones, as part of the Finney line, the company plans to release a candy bar. These devices will work in an independent block-network based on IOTA's Tangle technology. The network will operate without centralized backbone networks or mining centers that block the transaction process by using the SRN token as the default currency.
