This year, fans finally awaited the return to the Nokia smartphone market. Their development and production is handled by the Finnish company HMD Global. To date, there are mid-level models of Nokia 5 and Nokia 6, as well as more affordable Nokia 3. The latter uses a processor from MediaTek, and in the rest - from Qualcomm. If you believe the latest data, in the future, Nokia smartphones will be equipped with processors developed by the Chinese company Xiaomi.

For a long time there were rumors on the Net that Nokia and Xiaomi are negotiating for cooperation. Xiaomi allegedly wants to use Nokia's patents.

According to different sources, both companies have already signed a partnership agreement and will soon disclose its details. A certain Chinese insider even reported on one of the points of this cooperation. According to him, in one of the future smartphones Nokia will use the processor Surge S1, presented earlier this year, along with Xiaomi Mi5C.

About the smartphone now there is no data. It is known only about the flagship model of Nokia 9, but it uses the eight-core processor Snapdragon 835.
