In the near future, Apple employees will begin to move to a new campus in California - not very far from their current place of work. A giant 5-storey building with a circumference of about 1600 meters is called Apple Park.

Back in September 2014, the land that once belonged to Hewlett-Packard was nothing more than an empty field. Today, here flaunts the building of Apple's new headquarters in the shape of a spaceship, which is almost ready to be opened.

A new video, shot from drone Duncan Sinfield, shows Apple's expanding campus of 260,000 sq.. At the final stage of construction. Although at first glance it seems that it looks completely completed, with careful consideration it is clear that the work is still going on, including in the Steve Jobs theater area - a new underground conference hall for 1000 seats.

About the interiors of Apple's new office, little is known. In addition, that all furniture is made by the Dutch company Arco on special order. The basis of the furniture armada will be oak tables 5.5 meters long and 1.2 meters wide. Weight - 300 kilograms.

But for the city and Apple the exterior is no less important than the interior. And everything outside will be very green, because 80% of the territory should be planted with trees, bushes and grass. In total, the company plans to plant 7,000 trees. Inside the "plate" will be a lot of fruit trees, including apple and plum. Giant orchard.

Another interesting decision of architects is to make the building as "breathing" as possible, that is, to provide it with natural ventilation, so as not to waste energy on air conditioners. It was relatively easy, given the fact that this winter in California does not happen. Almost all available surfaces on the roofs of buildings on the campus are covered with solar panels.

Apple employees are expected to move to Apple Park any day, despite the fact that some buildings are being completed. The process of moving all 12,000 employees will continue until the end of the year, and the entire campus will be completely ready in 2018.
