MILK WITH SPICES Heat over low heat 1 tbsp. milk, add a pinch each of fennel, nutmeg and ginger, 1/4 tsp. spoons of cinnamon. Without bringing milk to a boil, remove from heat and add honey. The drink is especially useful in the afternoon (but at least 2 hours before bedtime).
GINGER-CITRUS DRINK Finely grated ginger root (the size of a walnut). Add to it a few leaves of mint, 2 slices of grapefruit and a slice of lime and pour all 250-300 ml of boiling water. After 10 minutes, add honey to taste.
PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE WITH CINNAMON Peeled pumpkin cubes (250 g) puree in a blender. Vsyp 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of oatmeal and add 1 tsp. a spoonful of honey.
Then pour 2 tbsp. milk. Beat everything together with a blender, pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
NON-ALCOHOLIC MULTWINE Mix 3 tbsp. grape juice with 1/2 tbsp. water, add 2 tbsp.. spoons of orange and lemon zest, half an apple, 2 tbsp. spoons of raisins, 1 hour. spoon of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. tablespoons of cloves, a pinch of cardamom and ginger. Heat over low heat, do not bring to a boil. insist 5 minutes.
