If you are unhappy with your appearance or just suffer from digestive problems - then this recipe is for you.!

You will need:.

5 st. spoons of oatmeal, 5 tbsp. spoons of water, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk (or 1 tsp.. a spoonful of cream), 1 hour. a spoonful of honey, 5 nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds).

Cooking:.

Pour oatmeal with boiled cold water overnight (you can in the morning for 15-20 minutes.

In the morning we add milk or cream, honey and nuts to our cereal.

We mix everything, after which, chewing very carefully, we absorb.

Do not eat or drink anything for 3 hours (no tea or coffee).
