For 2 - 3 minutes, darken the cutlets on each side and you're done.. Delicious with sauce.

If there is a flight of fancy, time and ingredients, then you can add spices to taste, vegetables to chickpeas (I somehow added cauliflower, and it was not completely ground in a blender, but it was delicious, I also added hot and sweet pepper with dill and basil -. You can also bake cutlets in the oven 180 gr - until cooked 30-40 minutes.

And you can also form circles from the dough and cook round cutlets in a deep fryer (or a saucepan with butter), this is called falafel.
