I can wake up my daughter Masha at nine in the morning, for example, as I did on the last day of her summer vacation, and we gladly ran seven kilometers through the Mariinsky Park. Two hours daily.

Consider calories - this is the way to a slim figure.. For me personally, none of the rigid diets have ever helped to lose weight and keep fit, like counting calories. If I eat up to 1000 calories a day, I always lose weight. And if I adhere to such a regime: up to 1000 for losing weight and 1500 for maintaining, then I perfectly keep my shape.

I prefer active rest in life, but since the last five years I have been living in a very active mode, I have changed my preferences - now I just love to lie on the beach. For the same reason, I stopped skiing, because I get so tired before the New Year holidays that I also go to the mountain to go on the mountain - for me this is a perfect mockery of myself.
