The constant availability of cheese in the diet can reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. This conclusion was reached by Chinese scientists from the University of Suzhou on the basis of a number of practical studies.

Special attention is drawn to the fact that people in France, who usually eat fat-rich foods, including cheeses, are relatively rarely affected by heart disease.

By carrying out laboratory studies and experiments it was possible to find out that the daily intake of 40 grams of this product reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases by 14%, and the stroke by 10%. As scientists explain, the cheese contains active substances that purify the vessels and improve the work of the heart.

Meanwhile, American researchers have recently concluded that the measured use of nuts of any kind also contributes to the prevention of diseases of the cardiovascular system.
