Buying once more carbonated water, rarely anyone thinks about how harmful it is to the body, because basically when choosing water people are based on its taste, brand popularity and appearance of the bottle.

Contained in the water bubbles are composed of carbon dioxide, which in itself does no harm to humans, but when it enters the stomach, it increases secretion, resulting in an acidic environment and bloating.

For these reasons, doctors do not recommend drinking carbonated drinks to people suffering from stomach diseases, for example, ulcers or gastritis. Of course, if you want, you can get rid of the gases in the water, leaving the bottle open for a few hours, but you can also buy non-carbonated water.

Recently, water with concentrated mineral solutions has been very popular. Such beverages should be treated with caution, especially if the composition contains hydrogen sulphide or radon, which cause a variety of side effects. In any case, mineral water is drunk in certain courses, rather than constantly. Monitor this process should a specialist.

The use of natural mineral water is in its structuring, since it is able to replace a liquid with a damaged structure in the human body, and since it is sold in bottles, it is impossible to be sure that its structure has not been damaged during extraction, packaging, transportation or storage. In addition, some types of mineral waters have a certain shelf life, after which they become useless.

Sometimes such a period is only 2-3 hours.

Drinking soda with alcohol is bad for health. Carbon dioxide, which is in the drink, combines with the biologically active substances in the body, adversely affecting the whole process of metabolism.

Together, carbon dioxide and water form carbonic acid, which increases the production of gastric juice and causes irritation of the walls of the stomach.

In addition, cold carbonated drinks with an increased level of carbonic acid, getting into the stomach, cause a sudden gas formation, and this is fraught with serious consequences, up to the formation of holes in the esophagus.

Before buying any carbonated drinks or highly carbonated mineral water, it is worth considering the possible consequences and giving preference to water without gas.
