But their scientists at the University of California decided to compare the effect on memory of 200 milligrams of caffeine (about the same amount in one cup) and 60-90 minutes of afternoon nap.

In this slow, deep phase of sleep, the level of acetylcholine decreases. It is especially important for parents to learn. Children need even more sleep after dinner, especially schoolchildren. They should sleep after school and before doing lessons. The effectiveness of training will increase.
