Bite raw vegetables. Dessert is a fruit. Salt add to a minimum, be sure - pepper, garlic, onion, coriander, basil, spices and condiments.

Dinner. 2 large glasses of water before dinner. 250 g of low-fat fish (baked, boiled, baked in foil) or seafood. On the garnish - leaves of green salad, raw or boiled non-starchy vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, green beans) without butter, or flavored with fat-free yogurt with spicy greens, or sprinkled with lemon juice. 1 cup of yogurt or low-fat cottage cheese. After lunch for two hours not to drink.

Dinner.

1 glass of water. The rest is the same as for lunch, but you can vary vegetables and seafood, cold and hot dishes.

Before bedtime. Drink 1 cup of tea to lose weight. You can prepare it yourself.
