The idea of ??this diet is to give your body the opportunity to relax from fatty foods. It helps you to revise your eating habits and the main place in your diet will be taken by fresh fruits and vegetables.

Fruits are especially recommended, as they are easily digested and are a storehouse of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Among other things, the fruit is just very tasty.

they are extremely useful, and from them you can cook a variety of exquisite and unusual dishes. Salads alone with their amazing variety provide a wide range of your imagination.

Choose three days when you will not be very busy with work and do not intend to go on a visit. Keep in mind that these three days you have to be very collected and in no case succumb to the obsession to eat your favorite cake.

Stock up on necessary products in advance so as not to visit food stores these days and not be tempted to buy something delicious. Prepare a salad in the morning for lunch and take it with you to work.

This diet low calorie (about 700 calories every day), so it is not recommended these days to engage in heavy physical labor. Relax, read books on gardening and comfort yourself that in these three days you can lose up to two kilograms!.

General rules: consumption of simple and mineral water, as well as herbal tea is not limited. Drink as much as you want and when you want.

FRUIT BREAKS.

CALIFORNIA SALAD.

Take the pulp of half a small melon, one orange, one pink grapefruit, one banana and mix it all, adding a tablespoon of lemon juice. Place the resulting mass back into the shell of melon and decorate with one tablespoon of yogurt.

Cut into small pieces one red apple, two plums and mix them with two tablespoons of raspberries (you can freshly frozen). Put it all in a cup and cover it with two slices of homemade cheese and a mint leaf.

Chop the pulp of two bananas and one mango fruit, add a few grapes, drizzle with apple juice, add cinnamon, mix and sprinkle with coconut flakes (one tablespoon).

LUNCHES-SALADS.

SALAD FROM THE CHICKEN AND PUPPIES OF BEETS.

Mix in a cup 50 g finely chopped boiled chicken, 75 g of green bean pods and a few green grapes. Put this mixture on the leaves of a green salad, top with two tablespoons of natural yogurt, sprinkle with vinegar, lemon juice, sprinkle with herbs. Serve with a crispy bun.

MACARONI SALAD.

Mix 50 grams of cooked pasta, 25 g of green peas, 25 grams of boiled, carrots diced, 50 grams of finely chopped ham and 25 grams of grated Edam cheese. "APHRODITE MENU".

As the first dish, eat a small portion of low-calorie soup of asparagus with the addition of one tablespoon of yogurt.

The second dish is a large portion of stewed celery, sprinkled with 50 g of almond flakes and lemon rind. Add 50 g of mushrooms boiled in chicken broth, and a large serving of green beans. VEGETABLE CURRY.

Put into the pot the contents of a can of canned tomatoes, add one finely chopped onion, 50 g of chopped mushrooms, two diced carrots, one cut into a turnip or a crib. Add two tablespoons of curry powder and simmer until ready. As a side dish, you can serve 50 grams of rice.
