Many sexologists have long argued about whether circumcision affects the sexual sensitivity of the penis, but studies on the subject there is very little, according to an online edition for girls and women from 14 to 35 years old Pannochka. Net In South Korea today, one of the highest levels in the world in terms of the number of circumcised men, most of whom underwent this procedure not in infancy. This fact provided Korean scientists from the University of Gyungki-Do with an excellent opportunity for research.

The study involved 373 sexually active men aged 30 to 57 years, 255 of whom were circumcised (mean age 37.1 years) and 118 no (38.2).

Of those who underwent circumcision surgery, 138 had sex before the procedure, and committed it after 20 years.

As it turned out, no significant difference in sexual arousal, erection, ejaculation and the duration of sex before ejaculation between circumcised and uncircumcised men was found.

However, the pleasure from masturbation in 48% of the circumcised respondents worsened, while only 8% reported an increase in pleasure.

It also became clear that 63% of men who underwent circumcision had difficulties with the process of self-satisfaction, but 37% had everything turned around.

But with sex in 20% of circumcised respondents, things got worse, whereas only 6% of sex began to bring more pleasure.

Scientists conclude that circumcision in adulthood affects a significant number of men. Most likely, this is due to the loss of nerve endings in the removed skin.

In addition, the researchers found that approximately 9% of men after circumcision suffered serious injury to the penis or an uncomfortable erection caused by a change in the curvature of the penis.
