Caffeine-containing beverages have a positive effect on brain function. Especially it concerns coffee. A new study helped scientists find out which mental diseases are protected by the use of an invigorating drink, as reported by the Internet publication for girls and women aged 14 to 35 Pannochka. Net Experiments have allowed scientists to conclude that eating just 2 cups of coffee a day prevents the development of Alzheimer's disease.

Moreover, coffee also helps to cure this mental ailment.

A similar positive effect on the work of the brain is provided by other caffeinated beverages (tea or cola), but in coffee the concentration of this substance is greater, therefore its effect is more noticeable.

Scientists plan to continue research of the effect of coffee on the work of the human brain. First of all, they are interested in whether this drink can be used to prevent dementia and weaken memory.
