Her whole secret lies in eating ginger - a miracle root, which speeds up the metabolism and the cleansing organism.

Ginger is one of the most popular spices in the world, common for Chinese, Indian, Indonesian, Thai and other Asian cuisines. It is often used as an independent dish: pickled ginger, and even ginger jam, sweet and fragrant - not uniqueness in the countries of South-East Asia. In these regions, ginger has been used for centuries for healing, and for the prevention of various diseases: the medicinal substances in it helped to prevent digestive infections, were well managed with colds, toothache and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity.

In Europe, this root was imported during the Middle Ages. His characteristics were immediately appreciated: at that time ginger was considered not only a fragrant additive to dishes, but also a real natural remedy able to protect even from plague. Of the European states, he captured the greatest popularity in the damp, dank Britain - here he was added to bread and cakes, ginger beer was cooked on his base, and the cold was cured with hot ginger tea with lemon and honey. In Russia, ginger was placed in a popular winter hot drink - sbiten, also in dough for buns, rolls, gaudy gingerbread. In modern European cuisine, a ginger sauce has spread - it is served to meat and poultry.

In dry rhizomes of ginger contains vitamins of group B, vitamin C, non-essential amino acids, essential oils. Specifically, the latter should be his antiseptic and warming qualities, as well as his pleasant smell. Ginger diet (reviews say that it is not only effective, but also sweet) is based on the possibility of this root to provoke digestion, "warm up" the metabolism, remove toxins from the body and reduce appetite. It does not foresee severe restrictions on food, but it will be better if you give up on time from fatty foods, canned food and sweets. Daily caloric intake should be less than 1600 - 1800 kcal, but it should be reduced evenly, without stress for the body.

Ginger diet, the reviews of which confirm the apparent effect of its compliance, is calculated for one and a half to two months. For now, you need to drink ginger tea once a day - but not the one that you can buy in any hypermarket. It must be prepared without the help of others from dried, or better - fresh ginger, while doing this every evening.

To make ginger tea (infusion) per liter of water, take a tablespoon of ginger, grated on a small grater. Dry ginger powder (for lack of fresh root) will come in handy ? teaspoon. Ginger poured boiling water from the evening: it is better to make a drink in a thermos - then by the morning it will be ready. It is drunk in several receptions, half an hour before meals and before going to bed, with small sips. Approximate weight loss with all this will be 1-2 kilograms per week. However, the ginger diet (reviews here are unanimous) is not a panacea for those who struggle with excessive weight: to the use of ginger root there are quite severe contraindications. This method of losing weight, regardless of its slow pace, does not fit much. So, ginger infusion should not be used by those who suffer from gastritis, ulcer or cholelithiasis, ulcerative colitis and other diseases of the digestive system. It is categorically contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation. In addition, substances in ginger, interact with certain pharmaceutical products - for example, hypotensive, anticoagulant and others, strengthening or weakening their effect. This list is far from complete, therefore, before using ginger tea to get rid of excess weight, you should definitely consult a doctor.

In the absence of the same contraindications, the ginger diet (the reviews confirm this) brings a visible effect.

A pleasant prize for losing weight will be a significant improvement in the skin due to cleansing of the intestinal tract, as well as an increase in immunity. If, however, during the introduction of this diet, you have aggravated the acquired diseases, or if your state of health has sharply worsened, you need to finish taking the ginger broth and go to the doctor: it can completely be that this method of losing weight is personally contraindicated to you.
