The purpose of this weekly cleansing diet is to cleanse the body of toxins, stimulate the bowels, vitaminize, reduce weight. The diet contains all the necessary vitamins, minerals and rich in fiber. Indigestible fibers stimulate digestion.

During the week you need to drink at least 2 liters of fluid a day. At night you need to drink a glass of any fermented milk product (yogurt, yoghurt, fermented baked milk).

Prohibited products: fatty meat and meat products, smoked products; White bread and confectionery; Pasta and cereals (except oatmeal); Fat whole milk, cottage cheese, yogurts with additives; Sugar and sweets; alcohol.

Recommended products: lean meat, chicken; a fish; Any vegetables and fruits; oat groats; Low-fat milk, yoghurt, cottage cheese, cheese; Grain bread and wholemeal flour; Vegetable oil (corn, olive, sunflower); Sweeteners.

Sample menu for the week.

1st day.

Breakfast: half a grapefruit, sprinkled with cinnamon, a slice of cheese, rye bread, tea with sugar replacer.

Lunch: soup puree from vegetables, boiled chicken breast (100 g), salad of sprouted wheat and carrots, seasoned with corn oil with sesame seeds, a glass of plum juice.

Snack: whipped cream of frozen fruit (70 g), a glass of natural yogurt from 1 h. Spoon of honey.

Dinner: oatmeal porridge cooked on skim milk with dried or fresh fruit, kefir (1 cup).

2 nd day.

Breakfast: fruit cream (kiwi, banana, raspberries) with natural yogurt, wholemeal bread roll.

Lunch: weak beef broth with cracker, salad (avocado, tomato, cucumber, lettuce leaves with lemon juice and olive oil), stuffed with vegetables pepper, fresh peach.

Afternoon snack: herbal tea (1 glass), rye bread.

Supper: fish casserole (100 g), boiled potatoes in a uniform, boiled squash with olive oil (100 g), rye bread, tea with sugar replacer.

Day 3.

Breakfast: strawberry with sugar replacer (100 g), bread with bran (2 pcs.). ), Fresh orange juice.

Lunch: chicken broth with rye bread, 2-3 boiled potatoes stuffed with tuna, cottage cheese and sweet corn, 2 fresh tomatoes, 5-6 fresh plums.

Afternoon snack: fresh fruit puree with natural yoghurt.

Dinner: boiled chicken meat (100 g), boiled brown rice (50 g), salad of fresh vegetables, a glass of warm milk.

4 th day.

Breakfast: muesli (30 g) with skimmed milk, fresh fruit, coffee with sugar replacer.

Lunch: asparagus soup with asparagus, chicken cutlet, cabbage salad and fresh cucumber with vegetable oil and lemon juice, apple juice (1 glass).

Afternoon snack: feta cheese (50 g) with fresh fruit salad.

Dinner: corn porridge with honey and sesame seeds, a slice of cheese, yogurt (1 glass).

5th day.

Breakfast: salad of pear, apple, banana, yogurt dressed, bread with bran, coffee with milk.

Lunch: vegetable stew from zucchini, cauliflower, tomatoes with parsley greens, wholemeal bun, strawberry with skim milk.

Snack: sandwich of whole wheat bread with salad and pieces of avocado, orange juice (1 glass).

Dinner: 2-3 baked apples with natural yoghurt, a slice of brynza, rye bread, tea with sugar replacer.

6th day.

Breakfast: Toast with baked tomatoes and cheese, sprinkled with celery or parsley, tea with honey.

Lunch: fish soup with vegetables, rye bread, stewed beef liver (100 g) with garnish from boiled beet, tomato juice (1 cup).

Afternoon snack: muesli without sugar with low-fat natural yogurt.

Supper: stewed liver (150 g), boiled potatoes (2 pcs.). ), 2 tomatoes, tomato juice (1 glass).

7th day.



Breakfast: a slice of lean leg, tomato, pineapple (100 g), wholemeal bun, warm milk (1 cup).

Lunch: vegetarian vegetable soup with low-fat sour cream, wholemeal bun, braised fish (100 g), garnish of boiled beans and lettuce, 2 apples.

Snack: a glass of fruit juice with rye bread.

Dinner: boiled salmon (150 g), salad of fresh cabbage and olives with lemon juice, wholemeal bread roll, kiwi, tea with sugar replacer.
