Strawberry Diet: tips

Specially selected strawberry diet rejuvenates, tones up the digestive tract, allows a week to lose 2-3 kilograms.

Breakfast. Milk low fat, or low-fat kefir (200 ml), or 100 grams of dietary curd, strawberries (whole or mint) - 300 grams, a teaspoon of sugar (in berries or in a drink), tea or coffee.

Alternative: one boiled egg (or omelette of three proteins with milk), 300 g of strawberries, a teaspoon of sugar, tea or coffee.

Or: oatmeal from 5 tablespoons of dry "Hercules", 300 g of strawberries, a teaspoon of sugar, tea or coffee.

Lunch. A small sandwich: bread (30 g), butter (thin layer), from above: fish (best salted salmon trout), or cheese (30 g), or sausage boiled (one circle), or half of boiled chicken breast. To a sandwich, tea or coffee, plenty of salad and greens (dill, parsley, onions).

Dinner. Light vegetable soup. Salad from any vegetables, seasoned with lemon juice and a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Dessert: 300 g of strawberries, a teaspoon of sugar. Tea or coffee. These drinks can be replaced with 100-150 ml of white dry table wine.

Or this portion of wine can be added to a snack or dinner, but not more than the specified amount of alcohol per day.

Afternoon snack. "Light" strawberry dessert without cream (like gelatin) or 300 g of fresh berries with a teaspoon of sugar.

Dinner. All days without a choice: fruit salad, about 500 grams, with a teaspoon of sugar, mostly from strawberries, without dairy filling. Tea or coffee.

At night. Half a glass of kefir or drinking "live" yogurt without filler. Nothing else is health. Sumy. Ua.
