Spring diet: what's important to know

Diet is not hungry, you can eat a lot of vegetables, but do not overdo it at all. Avoid bananas and very sweet fruits. Drink a lot of mineral water or green tea.

When buying dairy products as part of this diet, pay attention to fat content. Optimum - no more than 1%, but no more than 3%. Breakfast: 1/2 cup cottage cheese (125 g), 2-3 crackers or toast, a spoon of honey tea or coffee without sugar. Lunch:

1-2 fruits and green vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers). Lunch: A glass of soup without fat (okroshka, vegetable, beetroot). Postal beef, veal or chicken fillet without skin - boiled. Garnish - 3 tablespoons of green peas and fresh vegetables. Snack: 1-2 crackers or toast, vegetables + 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese Dinner: 1-2 fruits, 1 dietetic yogurt. Before any meal, you need to drink a 200 ml glass of still mineral water.
