This is not even a diet, but a 10-day course of treatment and cleaning, since it is the general cleaning of the body that ultimately leads to getting rid of cellulite.

The author of the technique is Nicole Ronsard, the book "How to defeat cellulite".

On all days, salt, sugar, alcohol, caffeine are strictly excluded. Drink at least 1.5 liters of water.

ON THE FIRST DAY (and all odd days) you can eat only raw fruits and vegetables.

BREAKFAST - fruit,.

LUNCH - vegetable salad with a minimum amount of olive oil, strictly without salt! !! !! And other sauces. You can add almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkins, sesame seeds.

DINNER - like lunch or first fruit, then salad. Strictly excluded are dairy products! In salads it is recommended to add all sorts of sprouts - soybean sprouts, beans, sprouted wheat grains and t.

SECOND DAY - only fruits (except bananas).



The fourth and all even, except for the second, are the same as on the odd days, only some of the vegetables are allowed to be consumed boiled (preferably a couple) and add a little cereals (rice, buckwheat, oatmeal or lentils). It is possible, but it is undesirable to add low-fat yogurt.

These days FIRST to eat raw foods, and then - boiled.

And from the fruit is better to eat pineapple, grapefruit, oranges, tangerines, mangoes, kiwi, grapes, apples, pears.
