Fiorentina officially announced the signing of striker Beta. The 28-year-old footballer transferred to the Florentine club from Everton on a permanent basis.
The transfer amount is not disclosed to the official information. It was previously reported that the transfer of the striker would cost Fiorentina approximately 17 million euros.
For Betu, there will be a return to the Italian championship. Previously, the Portuguese had already played in Serie A for Udinese, playing 65 matches and scoring 22 goals.
In 2023, the striker moved to Everton, where in an hour of appearances he scored 25 goals and 3 assists in 113 matches.
Beta is also eligible to play for the national team Guinea-Bissau, who have played 10 matches.
