Barcelona is preparing a third proposal for the transfer of the central manager of Manchester City Rodri.

As reported by The Independent, the Catalan club is ready to spend around 60 million pounds, but the English value the Golden Ball winner at 70 million pounds.

The first two proposals of Barcelona did not satisfy Manchester City. At the same time, the English club does not include the sale of the 30-year-old Spaniard this year, since the potential buyer is ready to lose his financial gain.
