Large-scale judicial reform starts in Ukrainian football. The UAF is starting to introduce the FVS (Football Video Support) system - the official video streaming technology of FIFA, which allows for victorious video replays at matches, making it impossible for the classic VAR to be used at all.. Ukraine has become one of the first dozen countries in the world to adapt this system for their internal affairs.
FVS is the most accessible version of VAR. Its operation does not require a large room with a team of video assistants or a large number of television cameras.. It’s enough to have just a few cameras in the stadium, a replay operator and a monitor right in the middle of the football field..

The fundamental difference between FVS and traditional VAR is that the initiator of the video review is not the video assistant, but the head coach of the team.
