Scotland's national team is in search of a new head coach.
According to talkSPORT, one of the candidates for this position is former Portuguese national team coach Roberto Martinez.
The Spanish captain resigned from his post after the Portuguese withdrawal from the World Cup against the Spanish national team, and is now being considered as a possible replacement for Steve Clarke in the national team.
Roberto Martinez selected the Portuguese national team for 2023. Also during his career he coached Swansea, Vegan, Everton and the Belgian national team.
Under the leadership of the Spaniard, Portugal won the National League in 2025, with Vigan, the coach won the English Cup in 2013, and with the national team of Belgium, he became a bronze medalist in the world championship.
