Brighton officially announced the signing of central defender Pascal Struijk.
The 26-year-old Dutch footballer moved from Leeds and signed a five-year contract. The transfer amount is not agreed between the parties.
Streik has been with the Leeds system since 2018, when he transferred from the Ajax Academy. For the main team of the “whites”, he made his debut at the end of 2019 and played 196 matches in all tournaments.
Together with Leeds, the defensive duo gained promotion to the Premier League from the Championship. Last season, the team managed to finish in the 14th round of the English Championship, and also reach the semi-finals of the English Cup. In addition, Strijk may still play for the Dutch national teams.
