Milan made an official proposal to PSG to transfer striker Goncalo Ramos. Currently, the Rossoneri are already negotiating with the footballer himself and his agent Jorge Mendes in order to negotiate a special contract.
Previously, it was reported that the 25-year-old Portuguese could change the club to gain more playing practice.
