Bayern's senior Raphael Guerreiro may retire from his professional career after the end of this season. According to Absolut Bayern, the 32-year-old Portuguese is considering this option after the Munich club’s decision not to renew his contract.
Bayern announced in the spring that the deal with the footballer will end in 2026.
In case of any interest on the side of other clubs, the confirmed midfielder has not yet been recorded.
One of the main reasons for the possible end of a career is called permanent health problems. During the 2013/14 season, Guerreiro missed a total of over 850 days through injury.
At the same time, during the current season, the Portuguese is deprived of an important part of the team: he played 28 matches, scored six goals and provided three assists.
