Barcelona is preparing to post a significant financial boost following the completion of a major renovation of the Camp Nou. By increasing the arena capacity to 105,000, the club can earn up to 80 million euros at an additional rate.
As Cadena SER reports, a key element of the modernization will be the installation of the third tier, as well as the placement of VIP boxes. The stench itself will become an important source of new income for the Catalans.
Barcelona expects that the renovation of the stadium will increase river revenues by approximately 350 million euros. It is planned to reach the full location before the end of the new season, but the maximum financial effect from the reconstruction will become visible no earlier than 2028.
