Head coach of Istanbul Galatasaray Okan Buruk shared his thoughts ahead of the first match of the 1/8 finals of the Champions League with Liverpool.

" At the start of the season, they won a lot of matches, with many goals in the remaining cities. We have two games against them, and the offense is even more important.

It is important that we have some advantage before the second match in England.

The first match is the most important.

We have 16 strong teams on one track, and we all have a chance to advance. Our meta is to take advantage in the first match against Liverpool.

The teams are well known one by one. I think Liverpool will go into this match with a completely different mood from the game at the final stage,” Buruk said.
