Una Emeri was in the mood for football during the Europa League match and was dealing with an emotional altercation with Yuri Tielemans. The Spanish coach shoved the Belgian loser, leaving him completely deprived of the field.

The incident led to the end of the match against the Turkish Fenerbahce, which ended with the defeat of Aston Willie with a score of 1:0. This result allowed the Birmingham team to guarantee their place in the 1/8 finals of the tournament.. Jadon Sancho scored the only goal of the match. If the referee reaches the deadline before the main hour, Emeri decides to replace Tielemans with 18-year academy graduate George Gemmings.

Tielemans walked straight to the line in order to bring in a replacement, which seemed to anger the coach. Emeri, obviously, wants to gravitate for an hour, walking more. When the Belgian approaches the technical area, Emery emotively boos and pushes the gravel into the back of the reserves.
