Bologna achieved a significant victory over Verona, breaking a seven-game unbeaten streak, despite the hostile attacks of Riccardo Orsolina, Jens Odgaard and Santiago Castro.
Verona revved up after pardoning Bologna manager Gift Orban, who lost the ball for Antoine Bernede. However, the guests quickly won: Orsolini, breaking through the opponent's penalty area, pushing hard with his left foot at the far top corner, and later Odgor took the lead after Dominguez's pass.
