Fiorentina went to Bologna thanks to the possible transfer of winger Benjamin Dominguez. Insider Nikolo Skira reports this.
According to Gerela, “Viola” considers the potential interest of the 22-year Argentine football player, who this season has played 10 matches in all tournaments at the Bologna warehouse, in total.
It is also clear that Dominguez’s interest is not unique:
two reasons for this are formally the still-in-office Tottenham functionary Fabio Paratici, who is close to Fiorentino’s recognition, although he wants to keep his grave at the warehouse.
Previously, there was information that Fiorentina would ask Paratic to hire a sporting director in 2026, and they have already formulated their official position on the contract in terms of five years. Dominguez moved to Bologna from the Argentine Gimnasia La Plata in September 2024 for 4 million euros.
It was previously reported that Dominguez was dissatisfied with his final playing time for Bologna.
