President of Kudrivka Roman Solodarenko spoke about the plans of the club from the Chernihiv region for the winter off-season, announcing personnel changes at the team warehouse.

“In one of the interviews, I already said that we have long since entrusted work on replenishing the team. In order to lurch forward, lose yourself in the Premier-Lease and give results, you need clear reinforcement. The off-season will definitely have changes: there will be a group of football players who will deprive us, and, of course, there will be those who will pass the review and, I hope, will strengthen Kudrivka.

What fate have we lost by playing two tours, but we are already in the active phase of searching?. Everyone understands that the off-season is not a release for the players, but it is also a busy period for the club’s management, so if you need to be active, it’s clear to work on it in order to improve the team.

Due to the unevenness of the game - so, clearly, everyone noted that against more evidence and stronger rivals, we often demonstrate clear football, as, for example, in the game from LNZ. There are a lot of reasons why the season is so turbulent. Here they underestimated us, here, after distant matches, they overestimated their rating in matches with teams whose class is not strong for us. In some matches we were lucky enough to bring the game to victory or win.

At the club we analyze many aspects. On the right, there is insufficient evidence of the UPL among some football players. We are anxiously awaiting everything that is going on with the team in the debut season on the highest level.

So, we are progressing through beatings – and that’s normal. The headache that we believe in ourselves, and the sick people believe in us. Everything in us is ahead. We will grow, make amends and crumble further - and everything in us will come out,” the club’s press service said in the words of Solodarenko.

After 14 rounds, Kudrivka scored 14 points and is in 12th place in the UPL. The team will play its upcoming match against Dynamo Kiev - the game is scheduled for the 6th.
