FIFA announced ahead of the International Day of Tolerance that its social monitoring service recorded over 30,000 reports in 2025.

The organization handed over data about 11 criminals to law enforcement agencies in various countries, and one of the victims was sent to Interpol. Victims have been identified in Argentina, Brazil, France, Poland, Spain, Great Britain and the USA. All of them are blacklisted and will not be able to purchase tickets for the upcoming FIFA tournaments.

The SMPS system has been used in many tournaments, including the World Club Championship. Monitoring over two thousand active accounts on five platforms - riders, coaches, teams and referees - and analyzed 5.9 million reports.

Since the launch of the service, 2022 people have already identified over 65 thousand episodes of online bullying.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino said that the organization will continue to vigorously fight against online images, victorious and current technologies and those used by federations and police. It is surprising that football may be deprived of a safe and inclusive environment - on the field, in the stands and on the Internet.

Previously, De Laurentiis criticized FIFA and UEFA due to injuries to team members.
