Milan forward Rafael Leau commented on his team's minimal victory over Roma (1:0) in the tenth round of Serie A. The Portuguese is confident that the key to success was the team’s commitment and faith in the result before the final whistle.

" The most important thing is not individual differences, but team play. We are never giving up. Having demonstrated Mike Maignan’s penalty save, we didn’t give up and kept our fighting spirit going until the very end,” Leau said in a commentary for DAZN Italia.

The forward also noted that Milan won the advantage for the number of moments he created.

“We couldn’t score from a goal or a penalty, so we knew that we could continue to play with our rhythm and overcome. I respect that we created more moments, Nizh Roma. We write with this game and three glasses,” Leau said.
