Munich has become the only candidate to host the 2028 Champions League final, UEFA reports.

UEFA has revealed the list of cities and stadiums bidding to host European Cup finals in 2028-29, including the finals of the Men's Champions League, Europa League, Conference League and Women's Champions League.

However, only Germany's Munich has applied to host the men's Champions League final and is likely to host the match.

At the same time, there are two bids for the 2029 final: Wembley Stadium (London) and Camp Nou (Barcelona).
